We have been with BMW of Crystal Lake for over 20 years: leasing, buying, and servicing our many X3s. In all that time James Orton has been our sales rep., service contact, financial advisor, and trusted fr leasing, buying, and servicing our many X3s. In all that time James Orton has been our sales rep., service contact, financial advisor, and trusted friend. Even when he is working hard on sales events, he always takes the time to accommodate our needs and limitations, and he never makes any request seem like a bother. Not only can he tell you anything you want to know about these complex vehicles, you come away feeling you actually learned something! Derek, Alan, Zack, and especially Dan, the general manager, were all phenomenal going far, far beyond my expectations. When Dan says the dealership wants to support, satisfy, and serve the customer, he’s not kidding. I can’t state strongly enough how happy, surprised, and satisfied I am with their persistence, problem solving, and desire to do anything and everything to keep me as a happy customer. There aren’t enough stars to recognize Anderson BMW/Mazda dealership’s customer service. Thank you doesn’t seem enough. More

I have bought a few cars here, it is a great place to do business and to get service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I had been looking for a new car and had decided on a BMW X5 xDrive 50e. But I hav business and to get service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I had been looking for a new car and had decided on a BMW X5 xDrive 50e. But I have never seen one built the way I wanted. So, needed to be a custom order. There was a vehicle pre-production that I could customize. Then I got very sick and had to be hospitalized. After about 2 weeks in the hospital, I got to go home. The dealership had held my slot and a few days later I got to order my car, exactly how I wanted it. I worked with my salesman James Orton, then on design with Devon Stovall (I knew the interior color) he suggested a different paint Blue Ridge Mountain Metallic, wow, it is great! Tartufo Extended Merino Leather. We got the car ordered, and with the GM Dan Brozowski got a great price and trade in. When the car got to the dealership they prepped it and had to wait a few days for my doctor to clear me to drive. I test drove the X5 (tested other models, not a 50e). Decided to get the dealer to put on ceramic coat over the paint (looks awesome and water sheets right off). Added tire and wheel warranty (glad I did, after 11 days of owning got a nail in the tire and ruined it, replaced $0 out of pocket) as well as windshield and extended warranty. Dan got the price out the door where I wanted to be. So much on this vehicle training with Devon and James was much needed, as well as a couple of calls with questions. Bottom line, I have owned 30 cars, this was the best purchasing experience ever, including working with the Business Manager Mike Schwarz (this is where I get hung up with dealers), Mike is a car guy and so easy to work with. and from past experience Service Manager Derek Cogdill and his staff have always been friendly, and get the job done right. I recommend BMW and Mazda of Crystal Lake 1000% I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends. More
