Bought a Kia Sorento in August. Paid cash for the car. When I went to get the title they had put Kia as a lean holder on the title. When I brought this to their attention they said that they would take care of it and apologized for their mistake. 3 weeks later they still have not taken care of their mistake. Absolutely no follow-through on their part. Use caution with dealing with this dealership. More
