The team at Audi Burlington makes it easy. I called late afternoon and they had me bring my car in the next morning. They provided a loaner car and I was in and out quickly. They provided a video showing exactly what needed repair and maintenance, then I was sent a link to authorize or reject the recommended service. Work was completed in a timely manner. I was able to pay my bill online and picking my car up was as easy as dropping it off. The work they did made a huge difference. My car is running better than ever.
