They are the reason I would even consider referrals to Five Star Grapevine. Bought a 23’ Subaru Ascent in October ‘25, supposedly a Certified Preowned vehicle with 154 point inspection. It only had 151 of the points supposedly inspected. Center console power outlets inoperable, passenger mirror didn’t work and slow leak in passenger rear tire. Totally my fault for trusting them to CPO the vehicle. Finally got repairs in February ‘26. Derek and Travis were the only employees that showed an interest in helping me get parts and repairs. Also my fault for trusting Five Star Subaru. Subaru is a dependable brand, Five Stars Subaru Certified Preowned vehicles are not. Don’t spend the extra money on a Five Star CPO. Can’t trust them to actually certify the vehicle. More
