Arrowhead Honda has always taken great care of me. I’ve had an Odyssey and now a Pilot. Both vehicles were reliable and lasted for several years. My Pilot currently has over 266,000 miles and is going strong. The best part of the dealership is the service staff. One particular standout is Derreck Smith. He always fits me into the schedule even when I call at the last minute or late in the day. He explains any service issues and provides me with options. I always know I am getting the straight story from an honest individual who is looking out for my best interest. I have never felt that way about another car dealership. Derrick and Arrowhead Honda are the best. More

Dereck was first-rate. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and mentioned my squeaky drivers seat. Soon enough, Dereck told me he ordered seat parts and also my A/C compressor was close to failin tire rotation and mentioned my squeaky drivers seat. Soon enough, Dereck told me he ordered seat parts and also my A/C compressor was close to failing. Next thing I know, I'm in a new loaner car so this warranty work can be done without inconveniencing my time. Thank You Dereck. That's bending over backwards to ensure your customers are happy! More

I was met within 1 minute of arriving, and while the attendant was locating my service advisor, a second attendant saw that there was no one at the car and came to make sure I had been assisted.
