Sales team did not pressure; however, they not want to come off price. We agreed on 2 small fixes, paid a deposit and took care of paperwork. Scheduled pickup 6 days later. We had to instigate every progress update. They did not meet original pickup date, but we had to call them to find out. Then, the finance department called wanting final down payment. We still did not have the vehicle. After we contacted the dealership 5 times our original salesman contacted us while on vacation. The sales manager never took time to reach out. We finally picked up vehicle a week later than agreed to. We never did talk to a sales manager or general manager. Overall, it feels like the dealership - especially management- does not care about their customers. The buying process was easy but there is zero management support for the sales team. Be advised. Just bought a Jeep Compass and was completely taken advantage of. Extended warranty was added for $3,000 without asking and charged $500 for key replacement without asking.
