Called and left messages for service over couple of months with no one answering phone and no one returning calls. This caused the issue to not get repaired prior to warranty expiring. Jessie provided informative, prompt and polite service. I would 100% utilize his service again. I dislike Corwin Ford. Their lot people have an extremely aggressive approach. I'm shy and I hate talkin I would 100% utilize his service again. I dislike Corwin Ford. Their lot people have an extremely aggressive approach. I'm shy and I hate talking to strangers. Every time I approached it was like they were trying to keep me out until I told them I had car maintenance. It's rude. It makes me want to avoid utilizing Corwin ford services again. Jessie and the maintenance staff were the only positive parts of this process. Jessie and the Maintenance staff good work is the only reason I would even consider going to Corwin ford again. More
