Scheduled oil change was started on time along with diagnosing an intermittent nfotainment center problem. It was determined that my vehicle would need to be left for the day. They have lost our business permanently for price gauging. We were told it would be nearly $10k to fix our transmission. A shop nearby can fix it for half that.
