I have never experienced this level of customer service anywhere much less at a car dealership. I wanted a very specific truck that was very hard to get a hold of at the end of the year and he spent weeks looking and trading vehicles to obtain my truck. He checked in with me a couple times a week to let me know about new developments in our search. He worked very hard to meet my very specific demands and was always pleasant and happily willing to answer any and all questions I had. When he got the truck on the lot he did not pressure me at all to buy it that day. In the actual buying experience we had negotiated a price for the truck and he stuck to that number. He is a good honest salesman who you can trust. I also worked with Dennis White. My family has bought used cars from Dennis at 5 star before and he is an honest, straight shooter. He worked with us through out the process of buying the F150. When he gave his word that he would give us a certain amount for a trade in he stuck to that quote and gave us that number.Finally in finance I worked with David Barragan. A really great guy who answered all of my questions and broke everything down easily so I could read and understand everything that was on my contract. When he talked with me about extended warranties, he did not pressure me in to buying something I didn't need like he had to make a quota. He was just honest and made recommendations based off of his own advise. I am very pleased with the way I was treated. I will definitely go back to 5 Star Carrollton and work with Jason and the staff again for any other car buying needs. More
