Jake was knowledgable and friendly. He worked hard to get us a great deal on the car we wanted. He made sure we were comfortable while we waited for the paperwork to be completed. Once our car was read get us a great deal on the car we wanted. He made sure we were comfortable while we waited for the paperwork to be completed. Once our car was ready, he went through all of the features and explained how everything worked. Jake did an excellent job. In addition, the other team members who worked on our papers were courteous and friendly. We will definitely tell our friends to shop Sunshine Toyota. More

My wife and I closed on a 209 Prius today. Salesman steve was super in knowledged helpfulness and compteency. Matt was fair and fiendly. Dennis was also expert, competent on time. Dennis and the crew at Sunshine Toyota exceeded our expectations in the purchase of our new 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited, which was also our first new car purchase. I was quite frustrated with local dea expectations in the purchase of our new 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited, which was also our first new car purchase. I was quite frustrated with local dealers in the Omaha NE and surrounding area, as noone had what we wanted, could not tell me when they would receive more inventory, and just wanted to sell me what they had in stock! One thing that pleasantly surprised me on the Sunshine Toyota web-site was that they displayed actual photos of 80% of the NEW inventory that they had for sale! Every other Toyota web-site that I visited had stock photos of their inventory! They also had a no-nonsense / low-pressure sales approach, which I really appreciated. All of my questions were answered patiently and with promptness! Dennis also made arrangements for me to fly into Chicago and meet me there to pickup the van. They were great people, and even called to check up on me as I drove the 7 hours from Chicago to Omaha! I would highly recommend sunshine Toyota for all of your new card needs! Dennis was very helpful. He was able to work with my budget. He also took care of some problems with the car (bad wiper blades and crack in windshield) before we drove it home. I was blown away by the willingness of the dealership to work with me and my wife with our trade in. We knew that we had negative equity and we knew it was going to be a challenge. I had been working with work with me and my wife with our trade in. We knew that we had negative equity and we knew it was going to be a challenge. I had been working with another dealer and they refused to negotiate on the trade in of my car and offered a aweful low trade in price. When I spoke with Dennis he told me that they would do their very best to make it work. In the end they gave us what we felt was a fair trade, found an awesome loan on the car and delivered on everything they promised. I will continue to refer anyone I know to Sunshine Toyota and Dennis! Finally, an honest and ethical dealership that wants to earn your business. More

Dennis was great! I was so impressed with how easy it was to buy a Toyota Certified used car on-line! I live in Indiana and I found my Toyota Solara on-line and it was exactly what I was looking for. I was to buy a Toyota Certified used car on-line! I live in Indiana and I found my Toyota Solara on-line and it was exactly what I was looking for. I called the dealership to see how they could help me get this car. Dennis offered me a couple of different options so I could at least see the car in person, ultimately, Sunshine drove the car to me in Indianapolis. It was so simple! I can't believe it. I have heard some people complain about how long it takes to buy a car; I found just the opposite to be true! The other great thing I loved about my experience with Sunshine was I NEVER felt pressured. I have walked away from many “deals” because I felt pressured, I can easily walk as soon as I feel the slightest bit of pressure. Dennis gave me my options and laid all his cards out on the table. I had never been to Sunshine Toyota before, but after looking at tons of cars online, they had the best selection and their ratings here were so good I figured it was a pretty safe bet. I went there only looking at tons of cars online, they had the best selection and their ratings here were so good I figured it was a pretty safe bet. I went there only intending to look at the car and get some financing information, but Dennis and the finance staff made the whole process so easy and pressure-free that it was an easy decision to make the purchase. That was probably the best thing about working with Sunshine, no pressure. I've been to other dealerships where they make it seem like if you walk away from the car you're making a huge mistake and you'll regret it for the rest of your life, there was none of that at Sunshine Toyota, just friendly people trying to be helpful! I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. More

We were very happy with the service we received at Sunshine Toyota. We had been searching for a vehicle for 3 weeks and were having a hard time getting anyone to return our calls. My husband called Sunshine Toyota. We had been searching for a vehicle for 3 weeks and were having a hard time getting anyone to return our calls. My husband called after business hours and left a message. Dennis Walters returned our call later that night saying that he had received our message and would call in the morning. And he did. My husband asked for him to email more pictures of the vehicle and he did. The questions my husband asked about the vehicle over the phone were answered truthfully, which we found out after we drove over an hour to see the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and accomodating. The price was fair and we are thrilled with our new (to us) van! More
