Yesterday I came in for my 110,000 service, and service advisor, Dennis, was very pleasant to deal with. They are always busy, but my experience has been that service comes 1st with Weiss. I have never had a problem with their service department or their advisors. I've even just dropped by to have them check something out, and they don't put me off, but check it right away. More
