Phil the salesman is amazing and will completed make you feel at ease. I must also give kudos to the service department which is equally amazing. It is always easy for a competitor to beat a price but when it comes to customer service this dealership is above and beyond. I have recommended them to many folks and they also feel the same. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I was sent a reminder text. I was greeted immediately upon my appointment arrival, service had my paperwork on hand. I was asked if i needed any assistance when I entered the service department. I was assigned a driver to take me home. His name was Ben and he quickly obtained a vehicle to take me home. He provided his card and told me to call him when the dealership called and said that my car was ready. He went over the work that was done to my car with me. The car looked great. Very happy with the service at Fort Washington BMW. Highly recommend. More
