We've purchased all of our cars here,including an '09 escape, '13 escape, '10 focus and '21 ecosport. We are comfortable with the sales and service that they have provided over the years. I had to turn in my lease on a Ford Edge. I was worried I couldn't find a new vehicle for around the same payment. I was getting quotes for almost twice my current payment! I can not say enough good things about Royal Oak Ford and their personal. Everyone there is a rock star. Mark Lange is the manager of used cars sales and Darius Glover (the salesman we worked with.) were v their personal. Everyone there is a rock star. They both listen to our needs and went out of their way to make sure we were very happy & satisfied with our purchase. Easy and Fun! Dennis Gawronski and the team at RO Ford were amazing! I went into the dealership with a very fixed budget and I drove off the lot 90 minutes later w Dennis Gawronski and the team at RO Ford were amazing! I went into the dealership with a very fixed budget and I drove off the lot 90 minutes later with a 2019 Ford EcoSport paying exactly what I wanted to the penny! Dennis gave me options based on my preferences and we found the perfect car for me! I'll be back in three years, at the end of my lease, to work with Dennis again on my next car!
