Shopping for a vehicle as a woman can sometimes feel intimidating and nerve-wracking, but Cristian took his time, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely helped us narrow down the right vehicle based on our needs and comfort level. His approach made the entire process feel supportive and empowering. I also want to recognize Rob Gannon, the General Sales Manager, who was amazing and went out of his way to personally check on me and my family to make sure we were being treated well. That level of attention and care truly shows how much they value their customers. Miguel, the Finance Director, and TJ, the Sales Manager, also went above and beyond. They worked together to find my girlfriend the right vehicle at an affordable and realistic payment, which was very important to me. Their teamwork, transparency, and commitment to making the deal work truly stood out. Overall, the entire team at Nissan of Clearwater demonstrated professionalism, respect, and genuine care. Came into Nissan of Clearwater after getting the run around from several other dealerships with my expectations slow after such bad treatment elsewhere. Dennis took time to sit down and listen to my fru around from several other dealerships with my expectations slow after such bad treatment elsewhere. Dennis took time to sit down and listen to my frustrations from the day and spent over 30 minutes getting to know me and my family before even once asking what we would need in a vehicle. Took the time to go over the different options in stock, pointing out the pros and cons for our needs before showing us the best two options. He could have pushed me to expand my budget but instead worked hard to keep me right where I was comfortable price wise without cutting what we needed. Walked out with a new SUV that gave me 95% of my wish list, was larger than I was expecting with better mpg, and had far more room to transport all of the equipment my kids use for school and sports. Dennis provided hands down the best service I have had in a long time at any dealership. 10/10! More
