Whole sales event took over four hours, much of which was spent sitting waiting. This could have been more efficient. Almost no explanation of the documents to be signed even though some removed actions I c spent sitting waiting. This could have been more efficient. Almost no explanation of the documents to be signed even though some removed actions I could take as a buyer and others gave the dealer rights that should not be allowed--such as raising the price of the car after I took possession. One document was clearly wrong and Randle pressed me to sign anyway. When I refused, he did correct the document. More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They are just about making money and not about customer satisfaction. I “purchased” a vehicle on the 13th of May and after the first day I wasn’t hap They are just about making money and not about customer satisfaction. I “purchased” a vehicle on the 13th of May and after the first day I wasn’t happy. I contacted the sales guy to see if there was anything they can do. I know most times you can’t but I wanted to see if there was anything they were willing to do because I was that unhappy with the vehicle. They said probably yes at first and then went to no. Cool I was understanding. I was going to get the window tint done on the new car (May 28th 2025) at the dealership and that morning they called me to make sure I was going because I needed to sign some papers that they “forgot” to get me to sign. I asked the sales rep what papers he said he didn’t know. When I go into the finance office with Nick I see it’s the MOTOR VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT that I had already signed. In that moment I knew they were trying to re-contract me. So I asked him since you need my signature again is there anything we can do about getting me out of the vehicle and in another. Nick said no we were to far in the contract to do that. I asked to talk to the GM but they brought me Dennis the GSM. Dennis came in wanting to “help” but lied the whole time. He said the same as Nick, we were to far and there wasn’t anything he could do with the contract. But that’s was all a lie, there was no contract without my signature since they did a mess up on the first MOTOR VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT. Dennis was trying to pressure me into signing the contract first and then he would see what he could do after. I did not sign the paper and I left. Nick got a attitude after I said I wasn’t going to sign the paper. They had every moment to make it right and get me in another vehicle since the first MOTOR VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT was no good. But they were just so worried about getting me to sign the second MOTOR VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT. So for that, they lost my business. More
