I am a former USAF member for over 20 years. I enjoy the automobile industry, especially Mercedes Benz. Recently married, enjoying traveling, basketball, health training, and cooking. 2nd Mercedes from Dennis Epps I traveled an hour and a half to deal directly with Dennis Epps. I am a tough customer, researched exactly what I wanted in my S550 and GLS 550. He found my car each time and kept me updated weekly on what he was doing to find my perfect car. Honorable, straight forward, sales man that made the deal in both my cars a win/win situation. Could not be happier. Even after he sold me the car, he still checks in with me to make should I understand all the technology on the car and asks me whether I need anything. The level of attentiveness that he displayed was remarkable. He provided an indescribable amount of security. He displayed an amazing amount of problem solving abilities. I originally believed another vehicle was my dream car. The car happened to be sold before I was able to make the purchase.
