I had never visited Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert before but I'm very glad I did. I located a used vehicle on their website and made contact to confirm the car was available. The person on the phone confirmed the car was available and asked when I would be in. I received a quick text from Arnie Lim advising he would assist me which made things easy. When I arrived, the car was already brought up to the front, the air conditioning was on and after a brief introduction we went for test drive. The car was as advertised and in short order my trade in was fairly evaluated. We soon reached an agreement and I am pleased with both the deal and how professionally I was treated. Many times car buying is an all day exercise but at MB of Gilbert, the entire process was completed within a few hours. Kudos to Dennis Davis in Finance for expediting the docs and finance process. I would certainly recommend the car buying experience at MB of Gilbert as one of the best ever as well as Arnie Lim who made the experience quick and stress free. More

Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert & Adam Gary the sales advisor that helped me were absolutely the best! I originally wanted to just sit in a GLS to see if I liked it since we were looking at several non Mercedes that helped me were absolutely the best! I originally wanted to just sit in a GLS to see if I liked it since we were looking at several non Mercedes vehicles. Adam grabbed one with no hesitation knowing we were just out looking. We did see a different GLS that we liked but decided that we would think about it and left. By the time we got to the car we decided that this was the vehicle that we wanted. We came back in & Adam started the process for us to purchase our 2022 GLS 450. This whole time from Adam greeting us at the door to him walking us thru the purchase process was amazing. He never once made us feel pressured or rushed. Once we finalized the financing with Dennis Davis (who was very professional, patient & took the time to explain everything to us), Adam let us know the vehicle would be ready for pickup the next day & even kept us informed by text throughout the day & when we did arrive to pick it up, he came in on his day off! I agreed to purchase a vehicle with this dealership. We settled on a price, we signed a contract and certified funds were recieved. Ive paid for an additional inspection they required and charges to overnight the check to them. They sent paperwork for me to sign that stated a delivery date of 2-28-23. I emailed the finance manager to ask if this meant I could take possession of the vehicle today, since the document states today as the delivery date. Finance manager stated non of the paperwork says delivery date and that the delivery date is the date the vehicle has been paid for. He ultimately canceling the deal with no detail of a contract breech and no clauses in the contract that show any cancelation. I would like my car that I contractually own. Dennis is one of the rudest, most disrespectful people I've ever encountered. More
