Very Poor Customer Service! ! I purchased a 2021 Pre-Owned BMW 430 and after paying for the car was told there was only one key. Dennis Adams, the General Sales Manager refused t ! I purchased a 2021 Pre-Owned BMW 430 and after paying for the car was told there was only one key. Dennis Adams, the General Sales Manager refused to provide a replacement key saying that you only receive what whatever keys came with a pre-owned car. I explained to him that I was not notified there was only one key prior to purchase and that I may not have purchase the car if I knew I had to pay over $400 for a replacement key. I expected a much higher level of customer service from a Mercedes Benz General Sales Manager. After i asked to cancel the deal and requested they take back my trade Dennis offered to get me a replacement key at dealership cost from a local BMW dealership owned by his Parent Company Lithia Motors. He also reluctantly agreed to send me a check for another $100. The replacement key still cost me $216. I have previously purchased a new Mercedes from this dealership as well as several BMWs from sister BMW dealerships owned by Lithia Motors. I will never purchase another car from a Lithia Motors dealership. Very poor customer service skills! More

I bought a Toyota Land Cruiser from this dealership with flood damage. After documenting with an inspection from a local new car dealer verifying the damage, they still refuse to buy back the vehicle. The s flood damage. The sales manager Dennis said he would buy back the car if I could verify through a dealer inspection, he lied. I am now forced to take legal action against this dealership. I would never trust this dealership. More

Purchased a 2021 Sprinter 2500 and the factory has sent out 3 recalls on this vehicle. All related to software upgrade. Since this vehicle was purchased as a work van, I politely asked Mercedes-Benz of Par out 3 recalls on this vehicle. All related to software upgrade. Since this vehicle was purchased as a work van, I politely asked Mercedes-Benz of Paramus service department for a loaner vehicle of any kind so that I can get to work while the recall issue is being resolved. The service department said they will call me back. After 3 weeks of not hearing from anyone I decided to call them and had to reiterate the whole process again. After a long hold, the service manager came on the phone said that they will not provide a loaner because it is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. I asked why and they said they just don't. Without further explanation from them, I was reluctant to have the van fixed. I'm currently driving a van with faulty software issues that is of no cause by me. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF PARAMUS. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER. VERY MEAN AND DISHONEST. ALL IN FOR THE MONEY AND NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE! !!!! We purchased a vehicle from this dealership everything was fine until paperwork was signed. Vehicle was not detailed. We purchased vehicle paid in full have yet to receive plates or registration. Temporary plate hS expired. We have been in contact with Dennis Adams the General Manager who has not followed through on promise to rectify the issues. Our vehicle now has expired temp plates on it we have no bill of sale and no registration. We regret not purchasing from another dealership. Also. I have learned they have a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau. Nightmare!!! More

If you could avoid this dealership, you should. I have now purchased two cars (both CPO) and both had to be returned to service within 7 days of purchasing. My experience with my first sales associ I have now purchased two cars (both CPO) and both had to be returned to service within 7 days of purchasing. My experience with my first sales associate was so terrible that management had to intervene. Megan, one of the sales managers, was extremely professional and helpful in trying to turn my experience around and is honestly the only reason I gave them another try. Richard, Craig, Nick and Onix are also phenomenal when it comes to how they treat customers. They all were delightful to work with. However, Dennis the sales manager is a completely rude and condescending individual who lacks empathy and basic customer service skills. How he even became a manager is beyond me. More

This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. I purchased a used 2020 Tesla Model Y from here. When arriving for the test drive the vehicle was not charged, although it was specific ever been to. I purchased a used 2020 Tesla Model Y from here. When arriving for the test drive the vehicle was not charged, although it was specifically requested when making appointment. The finance price went up when we arrived to sign the paperwork because the Sales Advisor has given us wrong info. After multiple argument the dealer ended up splitting the cost. Upon delivery of the vehicle the hood has deep scratches in it, which was pointed out and the dealer promised to take care of it and provide a loaner during the repair process. The dealer failed to do so and ended up arguing that they can't issue a loaner for a non Mercedes vehicle and asked me to take care of it myself and they would reimburse. This vehicle was purchased on January 26th as of May 5th the vehicle still has not been registered. The Sales Manager Dennis Adams just allows himself to walk away in the middle of the conversation saying he is not going to argue. He allows himself to not respond to phone calls or emails and just completely ignores the client. This dealer is absolutely the worst experience I have ever made. They are dishonest and absolutely rude. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase from them. More
