I purchased a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E from this dealership in October 2025. The vehicle was sold as-is with no disclosed mechanical issues or concerns. Just over three months later, on January 31, 2026, the car suffered a catastrophic mechanical failure with an estimated repair cost of around $9,000. Given how new the vehicle is, this was extremely unexpected. I reached out to multiple managers to try to resolve the situation in good faith, but the dealership refused to provide any assistance or take responsibility.
