I came into the industry after a very successful career in Social Services and Non-Profit Management. This is a completely different world of business. I have found that the people skills I had perfected in my career have come in handy. I dealt with many people at the worst most stressful time in their lives. Stressed, frustrated and angry, I found the best way to handle these situations is with respect, compassion, caring and a lot of privacy. During my 40 years of working, I have made many lifetime friends and that have become important part of my life giving me new perspective on life and situations.
