After a bad experience at another dealer we were greeted at Big Star Cadillac by Nate Gordon, salesman. Within 30 minutes he showed us a car just like we wanted. He had one there the next day with upgrade at Big Star Cadillac by Nate Gordon, salesman. Within 30 minutes he showed us a car just like we wanted. He had one there the next day with upgrades we requested. Nate is exceptionally knowledgeable about Cadillacs. He also is a very good listener. It was an awesome experience! Excellent service above and beyond. We highly recommend Nate Gordon and Big Star Cadillac. More

Every step of my experience here has been negative outside of the guy that tried to sell me maintenance packages. My oil change process has been a complete unorganized pain every time I’ve been here. My saleswoman was impatient, high pressure and off putting. I’m a mother to special needs children and my own mother with Alzheimer’s. My time is more than a little precious. Every second I’ve wasted at your dealership has infuriated me to the point that I’ve already traded in my car purchase and gone back to Mercedes, where I’m actually treated with respect of my time I and everyone deserves. I’ll never buy another Cadillac again. More

Took too long to service vehicle. Communication lacked from service. Two items were not addressed (driver seat material crack and DRL not being bright white). Service customer service needs some attention. More
