Chapman Ford listened to what we wanted and needed in a new vehicle, as well as the types we were interested in to purchase. They had us drive each of the models we were interested in buying. They were abl new vehicle, as well as the types we were interested in to purchase. They had us drive each of the models we were interested in buying. They were able to answer all the questions we had about the vehicles, prior to our purchase. They even gave us a lot of additional information about them and explained all the features, as well as how to use them. They searched for the exact Escape model and color we wanted, until they found it at another dealership. They drove to that dealership and drove it to their’s. Once we saw it, looked over it inside and out, said we wanted it, they made the purchasing of the Escape very easy. They were respectful, friendly, polite and thorough during this whole experience.
