I hope to never have to go back there again. This is the worst dealership my family has ever dealt with. I did my research online and found the car through their on line offer. Took this to the dealership after I had communicated on line with a s with. I did my research online and found the car through their on line offer. Took this to the dealership after I had communicated on line with a sales rep. Once arrived in dealership, the sales manger looked at my on line offer, filled out paperwork, did a hard credit check and said we are all good. The finance person came in with paperwork after we were in the dealership for over an hour and puts it in front of us. Not only was the overall cost higher no one in that hour plus even mentioned the issue. The dock fee was higher than listed and more importantly a credit that was listed on the on line offer was not available. Why the 4 different people who saw the on line offer did not catch either of these issues is not only incompetent, it is false and misleading advertising by this dealership. More
