I had no intentions in purchasing a new car until my 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid repairs was going to exceed the amount that I owed on the car. It only made sense to do a trade-in and purchase a new car. Well Hyundai Sonata Hybrid repairs was going to exceed the amount that I owed on the car. It only made sense to do a trade-in and purchase a new car. Well, I found out that it would create $7,000 of negative equity. My Credit Union gave me $24,000 to purchase a new car but I had to pay off the $7,000 on a separate tab; which would have made two loans. I went to my neighborhood dealership..... Heritage Hyundai Towson. I was introduced to Austin, who was my car representative at 801 York Rd location. He was calm (not pushy), friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and a diligent representative with many years of car dealership experience. He and his finance team (Demetria L. Jackson) worked those numbers to payoff my negative equity and allow me to drive off in a 2025 Hyundai Elantra SEL that night. Thank you for your dedication and amazing job...well done! P.S. We had an appt with a salesperson after I had emailed a spoken with him about the exact car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. When we arrived, the salesperson was not available, so we were pass spoken with him about the exact car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. When we arrived, the salesperson was not available, so we were passed to Herb. Herb informed us that the car we wanted was not on the lot and there was no way we could get what we wanted for the price that had been agreed upon. The manager came over and offered a fantastic deal for a car that was on the lot but not in the interior color we wanted, so we ended up leaving. Herb followed up with us, apologizing. He followed up again the next day asking if we had found what we wanted, and I informed him I put a deposit on one in transit. Herb informed me that the car I wanted had been brought to their lot and the Manager said that if we wanted it that day, he would give us that fantastic deal he was offering for the car we didn't want. Herb started the paperwork in advance to decrease our time at the dealership. We financed the minimum to get the discount included in the managers offer. We met with Bintu in finance and she was great. Her manager was able to find a discount for an additional warranty (on the electronic components). Bintu was very pleasant and helpful and our experience with her was wonderful. Our experience with Herb was also wonderful. I am pretty sure the initial salesperson we spoke with was terminated, and I imagine it was due to making promises that more experienced salespeople would never have made. Herb was definitely looking out for us and we LOVE our new car! More

Tom is top tier in my opinion. He is knowledgeable, patient, respectful and responsive. I looked online and found that Heritage had several Ionic5’s in stock. We drove to Towson and had the great fortune of finding the right dealer and precisely the right salesperson Tom Hamme. I believe it takes a great dealer to employ great people. Tom worked patiently with us to get the right car at the right price. Although the 2024 Palisade sells itself, during the test drive, Stan gave great information about the vehicle that made my wife and I very comfortable with the impending decision. Heritage gave fair value for our trade in which made it easy to say “yes” when presented with the out the door price. There was no need to waste time with haggling for a better deal. A great deal was presented to us from the jump. Stan moved quickly and efficiently through the paperwork process while making sure we understood everything we were signing. The finance team also provided great service and got us out the door quickly. We couldn’t be happier with our 2024 Palisade and the service provided by Stan and the team at Heritage Hyundai Towson. Last week I had the pleasure of leasing my third Hyundai electric vehicle from Stan Gabrovski. I’ve owned five plug-in vehicles over the past ten years, and Stan is far and away the most knowledgeable sales electric vehicle from Stan Gabrovski. I’ve owned five plug-in vehicles over the past ten years, and Stan is far and away the most knowledgeable sales person I’ve worked with. Since I live about an hour from the dealership, all the negotiation was done with Stan, and the General Manager Scott Feinstein, via email. The price we settled on was fair, and although the delivery process took longer than expected, Stan was thorough and went over all the features of the car in great detail. I highly recommend Heritage Hyundai, and especially Stan Gabrovski, if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More
