Extremely pleased with new car buying experience I just purchased a brand new 2018 Ford Escape. I was turning in a 2015 Ford Escape lease of three years. This dealership made my transition not only easy, but a pleasure as well. I wanted a particular color they didn't have on the lot with specific features. They found me exactly what I asked for with all the features I wanted and had it at their dealership within a couple of days! The turn in was just a matter of signing a paper. The new car buying was made so simple with the help of Finance guru Greg, my salesman Jake and sales supervisor Dell. The service department handled my new inspection sticker in a fast, friendly manner with the help of Rick Jamieson. They even took off my apartment parking sticker and transfered it onto my new vehicle with a smile! Once financing was completed, My salesman, Jake, took me out to my car and went over what all the new features did, how to work them, and even demonstrated the auto parallel parking feature. I couldn't be more satisfied with my car buying experience. Love this dealership and love all the wonderful, helpful people they have here. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle to lease or own as well as any needed service work. More

Over and over it was obvious that the salesmen didn’t really understand the technology included in newer model vehicles, but then we met John Collas. It was clear that John had put in the time to better understand the features of the vehicles he was selling. He handed us the keys to every vehicle we wanted to drive, and in no time at all, we were completing the paperwork on a great deal. There was no pressure...just the feeling that John wanted to put us in the vehicle that would make us happy. Dell and Vito were also very helpful in sales. We had a blast talking with Greg in the finance department (that never happens in a finance department). Kevin Gill was a fantastic help in the service department. All around a great experience. Can’t wait to see their new facility...these guys deserve it. More
