Fraud heading to court Just purchased a brand new F150 for 55k with LED lights. They swapped OEM non LED for non performing aftermarket LED to which operated so poorly I Just purchased a brand new F150 for 55k with LED lights. They swapped OEM non LED for non performing aftermarket LED to which operated so poorly I returned the truck next day for repair to which they did. These adjusted aftermarket LED do not refract the light correctly as I have 2 spot lights now instead of spread beam of lights. The response by personal and well trained in deflecting issues were given by 4 different personal, Joe Dzied sales manager, Joe service, Del sales and Joe sales "But the lights are brighter". I didn't realize with a purchase price of 55K that it also included FRAUD too, what a bargain! Next step, small claims COURT, wow, what FUN! More

The Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle.
