Joe was a great help! When we first arrived I was wary because we had to give all of our personal information to the receptionist (including a copy of our driver's license) When we first arrived I was wary because we had to give all of our personal information to the receptionist (including a copy of our driver's license) before we even were allowed to talk to a salesman. I found this rather annoying and intrusive, and ultimately a big waste of our time as the salesman went through it all again anyway. Anyways, luckily we were introduced to the salesman Joe McNamara. He has a very mellow personality and took the time to listen to our story and recommend a few different possibilities and then took the time to show us those vehicles and gave us the time we needed to sort through all the information and make the purchase when we were ready. He even gave us a tour of their new facility during our first visit. I'm happy to write this review for Joe, 5 stars all the way! I would not only recommend Ford, but that everyone should go see Joe McNamara down at Colonial Ford. More

I told him I wanted an EcoBoost 3.5 and he didn’t have any in stock. Glenn never tried to swap me to the other models like previous dealers did. I knew it was a $2000 option but I also knew exactly what I wanted. I found both Glenn and Dominic the truck manager to be very knowledgeable about the Transit van especially with all the available configurations. Glenn and Dom are now Ford guys forever. More
