Walking into Bical AutoMall I was a little nervous considering this was my first time leasing a car on my own. But I was greeted by the amazing Delano Ashmeade and was suddenly feeling super excited considering this was my first time leasing a car on my own. But I was greeted by the amazing Delano Ashmeade and was suddenly feeling super excited and a little less nervous considering Delano has such a great vibe to himself. He is someone that is willing to work with you and make sure you know everything you need to before going through with a big purchase like this and was completely understanding of the fact that I was needing to stay within my personal budget. Bical AutoMall is definitely the place to go. They have a wonderful team on hand ready to serve you and your car needs. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back in the future. Lastly, Delano is very personable and made this experience a great first!! More

The dealership is very clean. You are greeted once you walk. The staff is very cordial. My sales person Charlie Albanese was excellent. He respected my time and my opinions. He returned my calls in a ti walk. The staff is very cordial. My sales person Charlie Albanese was excellent. He respected my time and my opinions. He returned my calls in a timely manner. Excellent Was in the market for a new car figured let me try the new dealership across from Marine Park golf course called Bical Auto Mall. Went into see Charli Was in the market for a new car figured let me try the new dealership across from Marine Park golf course called Bical Auto Mall. Went into see Charlie he was off though the manager introduced us to Patrick sat down with Patrick and let the games begin. 20minutes or so in Delano rolls out from the next cubicle with a big grin on his face to help the rookie before you know it we had a deal that everyone was smiling. Thank you to the entire staff for a pleasant and fun experience. More

Very professional His professional and kindness and willingness to listen to the needs of the customers was great. He also didn't rush to just close a deal. I was able to check out different vehicles to accommodate me for my wheelchair. My only objective is that I wish he could have stayed in ranged with my monthly budget. It's a little more then I wanted to pay, but durable. More
