I am very disappointed with the service department. Here's a little context to show why. I brought my new 2025 RAM 1500 that I purchased in August of 2024 in because of a problem with my truck not reco Here's a little context to show why. I brought my new 2025 RAM 1500 that I purchased in August of 2024 in because of a problem with my truck not recognizing my key fob, keep in mind the truck had 5100 miles on it. They told me that it was the battery in the fob and changed the battery and sent me on my way telling me to let them know if it happens again. Well guess what, it happened again, less than 200 miles later. I called to tell them what's going on and basically got told, we're closing, sucks to be you. I showed up, before they were closing and it was a ghost town. One of the managers made a bunch of promises to "handle" me. I have bought 6 vehicles from Patriot in the last 8 years and up till just recently, I've sang their praises. So I will be there in the morning, bright and early, and if this does not get fixed, there might not be a 7th because if this is how they treat a customer who has been as loyal as I have been, then this is no longer a place I want to be associated with. More

I was charged for gap insurance and Priority One plan without being explained what they were nor advised there was a cost to each. While at the dealership I did not have my glasses and was unable to read without being explained what they were nor advised there was a cost to each. While at the dealership I did not have my glasses and was unable to read anything I was asked to sign. I trusted you to abide by the deal I made with sales. After arriving home and getting glasses I looked over the paperwork and noticed the numbers of the sales contract were not what I had agreed to. It included charges for gap and Priority One which I did not want. I returned to the dealer the nest morning at 9am and requested to see someone in finance and met with Tim, I explained to him that I didn't know what theses two items were at the time of the signing and wasn't aware they were costing me extra, he finally had me sign a cancellation form and told me what the new purchase amount would be which was what I had agreed to but was not able to get me a new purchase agreement or an amended one. I would like a copy of the amended purchase agreement with the correct amount, and also a copy of the cancellation form I signed. Tim said he would get me these copies but as yet I have not received them. More
