This is not the first time that Jasmine has gone all out to make my service experience enjoyable. Am fond of coming to toyotA at tracy for car servicing . Very quick and realiable. Specially when you get a shuttle to drive you home and back to the service center. Tina, Deepak, and Johnny all helped make it easy buying my 2024 Land Cruiser. I submitted a credit application online to show I was serious and secure my reservation for the test drive. They have fair pric my 2024 Land Cruiser. I submitted a credit application online to show I was serious and secure my reservation for the test drive. They have fair prices and the price tag was transparent. What you see is what you get plus they even gave me some extra amenities with it. I never had to haggle. They quickly approved my loan and went over the warranties and maintenance program in detail with me. I was able to use my credit card for the down payment. The car was detailed for me. And Tina showed me how to use all of the bells and whistles the car had to offer. She even offered to take our picture. I was really pleased with the extent of customer care they provided and their consideration of my time. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. Thank you Tracy Toyota Team! More

Worst experience, I waited for over 3 hours for a simple 5k oil change. After 2 hours I walked up to the service window to ask if my car was almost done and the staff member cared more about eating his lunc 5k oil change. After 2 hours I walked up to the service window to ask if my car was almost done and the staff member cared more about eating his lunch and asking where the soy sauce was then to tell me where my car was. Then I was told my car was barely being worked on. I waited another 1.5 hour for my car to be done. No one cared to update me or to even acknowledge that they were late. I’m honestly beyond upset of the lack of respect and the unprofessional behavior. Never come back here! It should not take close to 4 hours to do a basic maintenance. More
