After waiting 3 hours for an oil change, balance & rotation and to repair a slow leak, no one told me they couldn't repair the tire but balanced it and out on the front. Why didn't they tell me so I could have purchased a new tire but instead they charged me for the repair. I didn't know how until I asked about it and then they refunded the repair money. Now I'm going somewhere else to purchase another tire. My time was wasted. More
