This was hands down the worst retail experience I’ve had, especially considering the amount of money I was spending. Communication was terrible from start to finish. There was no clear line of communication between the sales staff and management, and management actually changed midway through the deal, which completely derailed things. I never received proper follow-through, and despite ongoing discussions, I was never given a clear, written offer. Emails came from unclear addresses, texts came from random numbers, and there was no confirmation of anything—overall it felt disorganized and sketchy. When I came in to finalize the deal (after giving two days’ notice), I ended up waiting over an hour because one employee quit and the general manager wasn’t even there. No backup plan, no urgency, no accountability. I was purchasing a used Audi, not an Alfa Romeo, and it was obvious they didn’t care about my deal because it wasn’t their brand and likely wasn’t as profitable for them. That lack of interest was clear in how I was treated, and I genuinely felt taken advantage of by the end. I would not have completed this purchase if it hadn’t been the exact used car I was looking for. Horrible experience overall. I do not recommend this dealership at all. More

Went in for oil change Claudio Perez was amazing as always. Making appointment was super easy and he was great at follow up. Car needs to come back for a check on something and he offered a wide window always. Making appointment was super easy and he was great at follow up. Car needs to come back for a check on something and he offered a wide window over next few days and said he will make sure to get me in and out. Have to drop off car to get car assessed and will provide courtesy loaner. Claudio made sure to keep me updated via text and visited me in waiting room. He made sure car was cleaned after oil change. Tech tha completed the oil change did his inspection and went the video showing things that need to be addressed. Claudio was thorough and made sure everything was explained and what was covered under warranty and what was not while proving estimate for anything that I was responsible for paying.
