The Worse experience ever this is my 2nd time going to this Dealership BUT LAST the 1st I was disrespected by the store manager. Don't know WHY I Went Back... This time I called asked was the Car Still Av this Dealership BUT LAST the 1st I was disrespected by the store manager. Don't know WHY I Went Back... This time I called asked was the Car Still Available was Told Yes got an appointment KEEP IN MIND YOU THEY MADE THE APPOINTMENT.... got there looked for the Sales Man who had assist the last time Asked about the car AGAIN said it was there Test Drove Love the Car Now Buying the car I was buying at 10,888 Now they wanted to add 3,000 more am like no get a manager to explain he came back and said 12,884 Am like Please get a manager he comes back with one we agree on 12,400 mind you at this point I am there for 3hrs already now its another 45mins he comes back and SAY'S the Car Was SOLD THIS MORNING.... No Regards For my Time Nor Business He could've offered me another deal I did come to Buy A Car NOTHING So Sad I thought COVID Didn't Care😏 More

I called to buy a 2017 Porsche 911 for $75k. After running my credit and then multiple days of them promising they will call me back with the deal, usually promising to call back within an hour, I sti running my credit and then multiple days of them promising they will call me back with the deal, usually promising to call back within an hour, I still haven't gotten one call from them. Not even a call to say if the deal work. I have called and called, and been promised a call back over and over. I even got put on hold when I called at 7:55pm, for 5 minutes then I was hung up on and could not call back because they knew their phones shut off at 8pm. They also continuously would tell me that it's too busy in the store to talk with me. I tried again this morning and TWICE Inwas told ainwas being sent over to a manager waiting to talk. Both times i was hung up on or got a voice-mail. Too busy to talk with someone trying to spend 75k? Unbelievable that ANY business would treat a customer this way. If I could leave zero stars I would. Stay away. More

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!TOTALLY WORTH DRIVING ACROSS THE STATE FOR(2.5 HOURS)!!! I truly want to say THANK YOU to the Manager & Super Guy- Michael Mueger. He's a man of his word & when he says - "I can STATE FOR(2.5 HOURS)!!! I truly want to say THANK YOU to the Manager & Super Guy- Michael Mueger. He's a man of his word & when he says - "I can do that!" - he's not xxxxxxxxxxxx you!! He's amazing!! I've bought maybe 9/10 cars in my life, and have NEVER had such a smooth, painless, utmost professional, and amazing experience like the one I had yesterday!! My sales guy Dee was great & down to earth! He dealt with me & my car buying issues very professionally, without losing his cool - and I appreciated that!! And my amazing experience wouldn't be complete without THE MOST TRANSPARENT Finance/Lease-man Christopher!! It was my 1st lease and he went over everything, answered all my questions, and even asked questions to see what MY needs or expectations were for the lease. I hope they know how much my daughter & I appreciate them, and how they treated us!! The confidence and security we felt as they talked to us. No slick sales garbage or empty promises. No lies or misinformation. Straightforward, knowledgeable answers - and proof they are THE BEST at what they do!! I'll be back in 3/3.5 years to swap my 2020 ACURA TLX out for another one, or maybe RLX!! Customer for life, and y'all's biggest fan!!! More
