I will never be back to this dealership. I went to this dealership as it showed closest when all the lights on my dash came on one day. They couldn't get me in for a week (as I would need I went to this dealership as it showed closest when all the lights on my dash came on one day. They couldn't get me in for a week (as I would need a loaner), so I came back a week later. My appointment was for Thursday morning, but they didn't get to my car until Monday night. They texted me the codes that came up on their machine, but never explained what they meant. They told me that my car oil was low and dirty, and suggested I do an engine oil flush (an additional $300 dollars on top of the already $200 I was paying for the diagnostic test). I asked if we could do just the oil change and see if that was the issue. They kept pushing the engine oil flush. I did research and a lot of what I was finding said not to unless I had a complete engine rebuild, not just for "dirty oil". Because all my lights came on, they suspected it had to do with my oil, and if that wasn't it, they could continue to search.... of course for a fee. By this time, all of this conversation was over text and multiple days. I finally told them to do the oil change and I would go elsewhere. Just picked up my car, and all the lights were off. I do regular maintenance on my car, and they pushed for me to not only do something I didn't need, but could potentially harm my engine. I will never be back. More

They are too busy looking for high cost repairs to do. I paid over $2500 and the dealer did the 90k service, but didn’t even address the TPMS tire light. The service representative said that since I didn’t mention it to him, he didn’t think it was worth his time to look into. What kind of multi point inspection is this? Then, he said that the TPMS sensor needed to be replaced and quoted me $250 for replacing 1 sensor. I went to a tire shop today and they said there is nothing wrong with the tire sensors. The TPMS light is off and I did not have to pay for anything. More

First service for my 2024 Forester for 6 thousand mile oil change albeit a bit early (3,000 miles) since I don't drive a lot.
