Awesome service from start to finish- never bought a new car- so when I came in told them what I was interested in- the sales member (dee) handed me keys and I was able to test drive with no one hovering ov car- so when I came in told them what I was interested in- the sales member (dee) handed me keys and I was able to test drive with no one hovering over me- that’s was a huge positive. Finance team was just as good- no pressure- explained everything with ease- again no pressure- should me all options- also I live a solid half hour away and could of gone to a closer Ford dealership but was told that north country Ford is really accommodating and fair so I’m very pleased with my purchase of a 2020 Ford Edge st- thank you team 😎 also I wanted different tires put on my vehicle and they helped me sell my new tires for me so I didn’t have the hassle of doing it myself- that’s going the extra mile- thanks again everyone Adam More
