They sent me with a breaking car! if I could give 5 stars to Judy and the girl who does the payoffs on cars I would. Other than that about as unprofessional as you can get. And for being smack in the middle of palm beach?! My scenario on TRADING my perfectly drivable no issues 2016 Silverado due to the economy and gas prices, key for key for a 2013 Jaguar that appeared to be in immaculate shape. Don’t judge a book by its cover is the best analogy I can use in this instance. I learned a valuable lesson this time around in buying or trading a vehicle. I could only test drive the car for about 3 blocks because there was no gas, and the salesman didn’t know how much was in it. So it was short but good enough to know the car drove well enough that I’d like it if the price was right. I ended up closing the deal before the car was ever fully inspected (I didn’t know until I already signed on the line.) There in lies my mistake. MAKE SURE ITS INSPECTED BEFORE YOU CLOSE THE DEAL!!! I had to wait three days for the car to hit Used car inspection, only to get a call saying they needed parts for the car. All ok, their doing their job (I thought). 3 and a half weeks later, yes almost a month, I called to follow up, and no one could find me in the system. That’s where Miss Judy at at least helped find me in the dealers computer system. 4 days from then, I get a call that the car is finished. Now, I was told that the car would get a 160 point inspection… I head down, to find the car half a** detailed, no gas, and buttons so sticky and greasy looked like a soda spilled all over it. Who, inspected this and allowed it pass inspection?!?! Someone who had already closed the deal. I have had the car for THREE DAYS!! And the headliner of the car isnt starting to sag. It’s sagging, bad. THREE DAYS!!! Now I know I bought (traded) for a USED car, but I for sure was under the impression it was of the same value as my truck. Wrong. To think I had to haggle to get an even trade now, boggles my mind. They wanted my truck plus 10,000 dollars to begin with, then we slowly made our way to terms of an even swap. I was told I’d get new brakes and rotors If needed. These looks pretty needed to me… I should have known then, it was too good to be true. They stole my truck and sent me away with a nice car that’s falling apart. Told them I would see them again for servicing, but after dealing with them for over a month, I’m going to take the LOSS, while they enjoy my GAIN. And pay to get new headliner, if that is, I can get someone to do the work, since of course everyone I call “doesn’t work on jaguars..” Let the nightmare begin! I will most likely be in another car from a reputable dealer in a month. Literally learned why people hate dealing with car dealerships. More

Good Evening Nick,I am writing in regards to an Good Evening Nick, I am writing in regards to an unfortunate event that transpired with Acura Napelton located at 6870 Okeechobee Blvd. We had purc Good Evening Nick, I am writing in regards to an unfortunate event that transpired with Acura Napelton located at 6870 Okeechobee Blvd. We had purchased a 2016 Mercedes C300 on 11/6/2021 of which within a day of leaving your dealership the check engine light had come on. Chris Lynch advised us to bring the vehicle back of which we did. You all have been in possession of the vehicle since after several time we had been informed that the part was on back order that was ordered on Nov. 16, 2021 only to be told that the part would not be in until 1/23/2022 so we where patient. I have text messages and correspondence with the dealership regarding this issue. I have been to the dealership several time since to check due to misinformation provided by your front desk. I also came in because the loaner we received 3 week after being without the vehicle back tires keeps going flat and the engine light is on. On today 1/19/2022 I came in check because the lady at the front desk stated that service was denied by sales. They informed me that they closed the service on 12/22/2021 after I had been there since then and Vinnie told me that the part was still to arrive on 1/23/2021 when I came in today, I was told sales denied the work and then denied to approve it after they had sent back the part that was in Miami.... wasn't in fact on back order. They even took the vehicle to Mercedes according to our tracker due to see if they had the part. Between the miscommunication and the lack of service with your establishment we are very much disappointed and are considering seeking legal advice however we would like to attempt to have this issue resolved in house as we had traded in another vehicle at the time of sale. Please understand that we have exhausted every effort to have this issue resolved with your dealership I have text messages, call longs and invoice orders of the issues that have transpired with this vehicle. There appears to be an issue between Sale and Service where there is a lack of communication. When I came in today they where unable to provide me with a newly opened invoiced work order. We need you attention to this issues as soon as possible. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND!!! BIGGEST SCAMMERS/THIEVES committing repeated acts of FRAUD daily! No communication, no return calls, no delivering upon agreements/contract, lying, ILLEGALLY PACKING CONTACTS with useless unauthorized SERVICE WARRANTIES to inflate price and their profits, WAY TOO MANY ISSUES to list! SEE ALL THEIR OTHER RECENT REVIEWS and you’ll see the common pattern of illegal, unethical behavior that is rampant at this dealership since change in General Manager. Ownership, Better Business Bureaus, DBPR, Acura Corporate, Acura Financial should all take note and end this corruption. I bought a car from this company 3 weeks ago and informed them I didnt have paystubs to prove I was working and that I have been furloughed and they told me we don’t need paystubs to get you in a car and fas them I didnt have paystubs to prove I was working and that I have been furloughed and they told me we don’t need paystubs to get you in a car and fast forward a week later I lost my job and called this dealership and left multiple Voicemail on managers and GM phones and someone calls me back a week later and I told them I lost my job and was trying to see if they could help me out..the guy on the phone said I can’t do anything about the car but I can offer you a job that is 3 hours away....we are in a pandemic right now and I told them I could lose my job any day now but now they can’t do anything for me and I was willing to lose some of my down payment if that was the case...I can’t believe that Napleton is going to be a company that won’t help a customer out who lost their job due to COVID 19 More
