Car purchase experience I was on the market to purchase a car last week after my previous one had too many costly repairs that made it not worth keeping. I decided to check out our local Sullivan Brothers dealership where I met and was fortunately assigned to Debbie Miller. She provided excellent customer service on both helping me find the right fit for me and giving information needed to questions about the vehicles I looked at and later selected from. She didn’t make me feel pressured or hurried in any way. She went out of her way - above and beyond - to make me feel comfortable and feel secure on my purchase. Her genuine friendliness and kind nature eased any apprehension on my part on concerns about being wary of having to make deals with car salesman in general. I actually felt as though Miss Debbie Miller was authentically looking out for me, as if we were carefully making the selection and sound purchase together. Debbie also hooked me up with a free rental until the financial paperwork and car purchase requests were taken care of, so as to help me get around until the final signing. I truly appreciated this since I had so many errands to take care of for my family. She utilized all that was available at her disposal to build my confidence and trust on choosing her dealership. Miss Miller’s patience, friendliness, and overall professionalism are exceptional! If and when I decide to make a purchase with Sullivan Brothers in future ...I’ll most definitely be sure to look for her assistance and services! Hopefully she can still be found at the dealership when that time comes. My positive overview of my whole experience on a vehicle purchase with this dealership is owed entirely to her. I highly recommend Debbie Miller and Sullivan Brothers Auto-Dealer to anyone considering a car purchase. More

On The Road Again I would like to thank all members of the Sullivan Bros. Nissan Family, both at the Collision Center and at the dealership, for getting me back into a I would like to thank all members of the Sullivan Bros. Nissan Family, both at the Collision Center and at the dealership, for getting me back into a vehicle and back on the road after a nasty accident at the end of June. I would particularly like to thank Debbie Miller who, for a second time in less than two years, made the process of purchasing not only a new car but the right car for me as painless as possible. Debbie was knowledgeable, sensitive, thorough and most accommodating in answering my questions, addressing my concerns and matching my needs with the perfect model. On the afternoon I arrived to pick up my new Sport Rogue, she spent an hour reviewing the improved technological features to make sure I would leave safe and confident behind the wheel. Our New Murano! This was our third experience with Sullivan Nissan. You do not go back three times unless the service you receive is very good. Our salesman, Chuck C This was our third experience with Sullivan Nissan. You do not go back three times unless the service you receive is very good. Our salesman, Chuck Cavanaro, was very professional and helpful in our visit to the dealership. He explained all our options and was not pushy. He did not make us feel uncomfortable in making our decision on a new car. He used his iPad to take a picture with our new Murano and set up our first free maintenance appointment. Chuck's follow up to make sure we have no problems with our new car was very helpful. Paul and Ned also were very helpful in the process. We did not feel rushed or push into our decision by anyone which made the process easier for us. Although we did not have any contact with the service department in our purchase, we have always been very satisfied with any past service that we needed. The service staff is excellent along with the sales staff. . We would not hesitate going back to Sullivan Nissan in the future. Thank you, Bill & Carmel Collins More

You just have to listen to your wife My wife has been coming to Sullivan Brother's Nissan since 2012. My first encounter was two years ago when we purchased a used Honda Pilot for my wif My wife has been coming to Sullivan Brother's Nissan since 2012. My first encounter was two years ago when we purchased a used Honda Pilot for my wife. Let's go to Sullivan Brother's and see if we can get a deal on a car for me and for my son. Away we went. We met Debbie who we spoke with on the phone and she was just great. Very attentive to our needs and to our limitations. Was polite and not pushy to make a sale. I got to test drive a view cars and settled on the New 2019 Nissan Kicks also we were able to pick up a used Nissan Versa for my son. We made the deal and any concerns we may have had were solved by Debbie and the sales team of Paul, Jamie and Ned. I love customer service and they did a great job. I spoke to Evan over the phone briefly also and although I did not make the deal through him he came by to great me. Great team. Highly recommended . More

What a step up from Toyota’s service center Although I did not go to Nissan for service, I had been a Toyota Service and had such a bad experience that I went over to see if I could exchange my Although I did not go to Nissan for service, I had been a Toyota Service and had such a bad experience that I went over to see if I could exchange my lease to Nissan. I had a wonderful experience with Deb and everything worked out to my liking and I ended up with a great vehicle and just feel so much better about the entire experience. More

Years of Honesty and Straightforwardness I have been coming to Sullivan Nissan since 2012. Last week my husband and son each bought a car. The service we receive is always top of the line whi I have been coming to Sullivan Nissan since 2012. Last week my husband and son each bought a car. The service we receive is always top of the line which is why we always come back. Debbie's caring approach was really a comfort to us. Jamie and Paul stood by their word. Ned is great too. Overall you can't go wrong from start to finish. And by the way the service depart is fantastic too. We bought a new and a used car. I couldn't select both. But I have a happy husband and a happy son. More

Fast and straightforward I actually went to wrong place by accident but Im so glad I made that mistake. I was goin to colonial ford and ended up here. Amd right away the salesman put me into a comparable Nissan trucl to my Toypta tacoma for free. They said they could fix my truck in a week if I left it that day. They did the job in exactly a week.That never happens. I only had to pay 80 out of pocket for the whole experience. I was in and drivimg out in a brand new rental. In about ten minutes. They wete super efficient and on the ball. I am an insurance adjustet myself and very critical tough customer and I walked away from this avvident with a smile on my face. I wouldnt take my car anywhere but here they did a wonderful job in a quivk turn around saving me most of my deductible .. Cant say enough good things about Sullivan Bros collision center. Excellent five stsr establishment. More

So happy with our new car! Our lease was up for the car we had, so we went in hoping we could get something in our price range. Debbie and Evan found us exactly what we were hop Our lease was up for the car we had, so we went in hoping we could get something in our price range. Debbie and Evan found us exactly what we were hoping for. We are now leasing a 2019 Rogue. We absolutely love it! They went above and beyond to make it a good experience for my husband and I as well as our kids. They gave the kids snacks and balloons, and the kids were in their glory. They didn’t try to pressure us into something we couldn’t afford, they stayed within the budget we gave and we got an amazing deal. I would absolutely recommend Debbie and every one of the staff at Nissan in Kingston. Thank you so much for everything!! More
