When I went to pick up my car I was greeted and all the great things. I paid for my bill and went outside to get my car. It was parked on the side of the building where metal and trash covered the ground. great things. I paid for my bill and went outside to get my car. It was parked on the side of the building where metal and trash covered the ground. Immediately I checked my tires, they were fine. I opened the door and seen dirty foot prints all over the floor board. They told me they detailed it but by the looks they did not. They didn’t even use a paper floor protector. I leave cause why argue over some dirt I have a vacuum at home. I get home and my wife noticed a scuff on the hood of the car. I immediately call Kia of Lawton and ask to speak with a manager. Amanda gets on the phone and I explain to her what I found, she tells that the department that handles that is out for the weekend and to bring it in Monday. They will be able to look at it and tell how old the mark is and if they can fix it. Didn’t once try to apologize about my floors being filthy or the fact that I found a new scratch on my car. It felt very defensive and by the way she worded it I already felt like this is going to be determined not their fault by their own people. I will not be bringing my car back to Kia of Lawton. More
