But after sales and the service department are a lacking I work in this industry and the service department acts like you are a inconvenience to them and if your trying to get anything under warranty it’s like pulling teeth or they just say it’s normal or any other excuse not to do the work or cover it.. I had to call Toyota corp to get anything done so in conclusion you make your own customers do foot work to get there own cars fixed… would you want to come back? If nothing changes you can be sure I won’t be doing any more business with your dealer… More

I had the best experience at Toyota of Des Moines. Deb Ellsworth took care of me from start to end. Bought a used car with the help of Debbie. She was great, even when we popped in unexpectedly! Always made us feel welcome!
