We had an appointment to see the jeep took them over 2 hours to get the jeep from Hermitage only 45 mins away. Then they had to deliver it to our house bc something they should of done the day before. I took my truck to get the second key programmed and had CEL. They said would take over 2 hours to just scan it. The. This all happened within a month span. Wish I could say I had a worse experience at a car dealer but this tops the chart for worse ever. Not they are dragging their feet to pay of my trade in. More

Very accommodating Debbie was really trying to find the best deal for us not the dealership and that’s very unique. We ended up going with a Jeep that was actually in a different location.
