In my search for a new Tahoe I met and worked with Debbie Ress. Right off the bat I liked her because she Listened to me and what I wanted. The vehicle I wanted would probably have to be ordered. I agreed 100%. She made a few suggestions based on available items that I was not aware of. I went back and forth a few times but Debbie was always courteous and got the information I asked for with no hesitation. She never got "pushy" as some salespeople do. I bought the Truck and have been very happy with it. A few service calls but your service department also performed very well. Heidi has been very helpful as well. I mentioned Andrew Clark as he took care of me on one visit when Debbbie was off. He too was very courteous and nice. All in all a very nice experience with Jennings and I did get you a new customer. My brother-in-law is now servicing his Chevy Van at Jennings since I recommended you to him. More

Have bought 3 cars from Debbie Ress in last 3 years. She stays with us every step of the way looking to fill our requests. Persistent but not pushy. She also calls when there is a special opportunity available and treats me as a long-term friend/customer. Service is fantastic. Have not yet had a bad experience since I changed from Bredeman to Jennings (Bredeman was very inflexible and cold). I think the 630am service hours helps me to get there and get to work after the service call. The facility is friendly, clean and refurbished. 4 stars to Debbie Ress for caring 4 stars for service - always perfect 4 stars for Bob DiCicco who handled my last 3 transactions. More

I have dealt with many sales consultants at other dealerships over the years when purchasing vehicles for myself as well as my family members.I have been harassed, pestered, lied to , insulted, decei dealerships over the years when purchasing vehicles for myself as well as my family members.I have been harassed, pestered, lied to , insulted, deceived and almost driven to the point of snapping. When I came to Jennigs, I was shocked by the politeness, courtesy, and respect that I encountered by everyone I dealt with, especially Jake Tamillo and Debbie Ress.First, Jake was very polite and professional and did not pry into my personal life or finances.He did an excellent job in focusing on finding me the car that I wanted.He did a great job at finishing the sale and explainig everything in a timely manner because I was pressed for time and had to get to work.I also extend the same compliment to Debbie who crunched the numbers and honored Jennings internet advertised sale price on the car that I purchased.I would definitely recommend Jennings, Jake, and Debbie to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.In summary, their knowledge, honesty, no pressure attitude, and follow-up was perfect. I give them and Jennings an A+. More

I do not like buying cars or maintaining them. In the past I have found the entire process to be a long, drawn out game. A sales person trying to get you to pay for something you don't want, and service past I have found the entire process to be a long, drawn out game. A sales person trying to get you to pay for something you don't want, and service people making something out of nothing. UNTIL, JENNINGS CHEVROLET. I have purchased 3 cars, and had service from them in the past 4 years. What a difference it makes when you deal with people who are professional, attentive, understanding, helpful, considerate, and respectful - to say the least. In fact, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the General Manager, Jim W., and my Sales Specialist Debbie R. They are fantastic. They can handle it all. It says alot about people when they will sit with your 87 year old mother, who has dementia, while you take the time to make an important financial decision. I appreciate Jennings Chevrolet and cannot recommend them to enough people. More

I was very pleased with Debbie Ress as my salesperson. I found her to be very honest and easy to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable and I know she cared about my best interest. I believe he only cared about his own agenda and not so much about mine. Whenever I have had to have repair work done to my car, I found Ken Schultz to be very accommodating and that he cares about pleasing the customer. More
