They were so helpful! In my lifetime car buying history, I have only dealt with a dealership once before, so I don't have a lot of experience with that nor good memories. This is the 3rd car I’ve purchased from Carter Subaru in 20 years. Aside from Subarus being top of the line, the dealership and staff do a great job. The last 2 times I’ve purchased cars I was able to take 20 years. Aside from Subarus being top of the line, the dealership and staff do a great job. The last 2 times I’ve purchased cars I was able to take care pretty much everything prior to going in so I didn’t have to spend all day in the dealership (one of the things I despise most!). Debbie was wonderful- she listened to my needs, understood what I wanted, and came up with solutions for me when the car that I wanted they did not have. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient - she was able to deliver exactly what I wanted.
