Perfect! Debbie was so good to us yesterday. Came in for an oil change for the maxima and ended up with a new Murano! She was so polite and friendly. My husban Debbie was so good to us yesterday. Came in for an oil change for the maxima and ended up with a new Murano! She was so polite and friendly. My husband and I are expecting a child in September and she ensured us how safety the Murano is. The hubby pretty much did all the talking but everything turned out perfect. Got great service. We went for an airbag recall on my husbands car, which was taken care of immediately. Mike Carter in service department was very friendly, like we had known him forever. While waiting on the repair, we were browsing around the showroom and saw a Nissan Rogue that we liked. We already planned to trade my car in a few months, but when Debbie Lambert offered to work things out for us on the new vehicle, with deferred payments that met our needs, we drove home with the new Rogue. Thanks to Debbie Lambert and Jerry Sproles for their friendly manor and outstanding service. Everyone we met were professional and very nice. We would be happy to take out future business to Wallace Nissan. More

Altogether a surprisingly pleasant experience with all staff I was not looking forward to dealing with a high pressure sales person and I got such a pleasant surprise as just the opposite took place. We had barely exited our car and Debbie Lambert came to meet us with a welcoming smile and from that moment all proceeded smoothly. She let both of us drive the Rogue and never made us feel she was in a hurry. Throughout the process she was able to meet our needs/requests and the end result was beyond our expectations. More
