Mike Carter in service department was very friendly, like we had known him forever. While waiting on the repair, we were browsing around the showroom and saw a Nissan Rogue that we liked. We already planned to trade my car in a few months, but when Debbie Lambert offered to work things out for us on the new vehicle, with deferred payments that met our needs, we drove home with the new Rogue. Altogether a surprisingly pleasant experience with all staff I was not looking forward to dealing with a high pressure sales person and I got such a pleasant surprise as just the opposite took place.
