Maybe this isn't Deandre's fault but if you pull my information between your store & the Honda 385 store I have spent a fortune with you guys. I drive a ton causing me to need regular maintenance every information between your store & the Honda 385 store I have spent a fortune with you guys. I drive a ton causing me to need regular maintenance every 6-8 weeks. I'm consistent. I understand that things at a dealership cost more than they would if I bought parts somewhere else. But immediately after my last oil change with you guys I had some dirt on my windshield & my spray wouldn't work. I could hear it trying but it was only trickling out. It's not too important so I figured I'd point it out when I get the next oil change. I guest that a hose got disconnected or damaged when doing the inspection last time bc it was working fine before the oil change & not working after. I was charged over $200 for 'diagnosing the problem' then over $220 for the hose!!!! That hose cost less than $15. That's insulting!!! Then $250 to install it. I didn't fight it or complain or cause an issue bc I have dignity. I use my truck for work so it's just an expense. But you need to know I will NEVER be back. I will find another mechanic to service my truck from here on. Pull my information. Since 2012 I've been driving Hondas between 385 store & southaven. And getting them all serviced regularly. You've lost that business forever! And I will make it my life's work to let everyone I know about this as well. I've been priced $90 for some $30 windshield wipers before. That's sometime I expect from a dealership. But charging $200 to 'diagnose' what I think happened there & then another $220 for the hose that cost $15!!!! And then another $250 t More
