Mercedes Benz of St. Charles is everything I could ask for in a dealership. Every time I've wheeled with their service department, the team is professional, courteous, an Charles is everything I could ask for in a dealership. Every time I've wheeled with their service department, the team is professional, courteous, and thorough in their explanation of work being done and related costs. They are up front about what is critical versus optional. They keep me updated in the timeline for completion, provide a clean new model loaner while working on my vehicle, and the waiting area is cheerful and comfortable. More

Dean was very professional and efficient during my car's maintenance visit last week. Not only he took care of some minor problems I addressed to him and returned my car in short amount of time. MB of St Charles personnel are attentive, friendly and helpful. After bringing my car in for service I was quickly greeted and advised I would see someone soon after my car was checked in. I would be met in the waiting area which was clean and comfortable although the snacks were not quite as good as the dealership next door. Just sayin’. More
