Dean was very professional and efficient during my car's maintenance visit last week. Not only he took care of some minor problems I addressed to him and returned my car in short amount of time. He also che maintenance visit last week. Not only he took care of some minor problems I addressed to him and returned my car in short amount of time. MB of St Charles personnel are attentive, friendly and helpful. After bringing my car in for service I was quickly greeted and advised I would see someone soon after my car was checked in. I would be met in the waiting area which was clean and comfortable although the snacks were not quite as good as the dealership next door. Just sayin’. More
