Great customer service, way understaffed The accounting department was horribly understaffed and overworked! We spent over 7 hours at the dealership and a large portion of that was because th The accounting department was horribly understaffed and overworked! We spent over 7 hours at the dealership and a large portion of that was because the one accounting person was getting slammed. It was not his fault and he was an excellent individual, but he can only do so much. Hire more accountants! The time spent waiting on the busy accountant made for a bad experience, and the customer service (outside the waiting portion) was the redeeming factor for the rating I gave. More
