Had a noise. that seemed to be the brakes. I just wanted checked out so no damage was happening. Made the appointment for the next morning. After arriving Dean s that seemed to be the brakes. I just wanted checked out so no damage was happening. Made the appointment for the next morning. After arriving Dean said the would test drive it a check out the brakes. I said I would wait and after a reasonable time he told me they checked out all the brakes and everything was ok. It may have been just road noise. As usual great and efficient service. More

AFTER HAVING AN INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MARCH IN WHICH THEY LOST MY REMOTE START CLICKER, I WAS THEN PROMISED MY CLICKER WOULD BE REPLACED. I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A NEW ONE AND TOLD THEM (AMY) T IN WHICH THEY LOST MY REMOTE START CLICKER, I WAS THEN PROMISED MY CLICKER WOULD BE REPLACED. I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A NEW ONE AND TOLD THEM (AMY) THAT I CAN GO ON APRIL 19th AND THEN WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CONTACTED WHERE TO GO I WAS NEVER CONTACTED I HAD TO CONTACT THEM DAY OF. IN THE CONVERSATION I WAS MADE TO FEEL THIS WAS MY FAULT. THEY THEN BLAMED TOW TRUCK COMPANY. FIRST IF YOUR GOUNG TO HELP ME DONT BLAME ANYONE ELSE. Car needed an oil change, but Dean advised us that it was also time for a transmission fluid exchange, and a tire rotation and balance. We had never worked with Dean as a service advisor before, but he communicated well and made sure our car was finished when we needed it. We'll be happy to have him advise us in the future. More
