Overall service was good. However, on arrival I like to be greeted with “good morning sir, how can we help you?”. Instead I just got a blank stare and I had to initiate the communication why I was there. That’s not good customer service. When I picked up my car, they just gave me the paperwork and told me to see the cashier. I expect a detailed report of the findings, what was done, and go over all the charges of the bill. More
