At one point I felt that I was burdening my sales rep. And in his words “he spent 6” hours with me… which my response was no I’ve spent 6 hours at this dealership and I’m the customer. The service division is fantastic- I’ve taken all my Toyota vehicles there for service and maintenance and have had wonder no pressure experiences. It wasn’t horrible but I never want to go through that process again! More

8/1/2024-went into service as my hood holder was not secure. Mngr Tim charged off replacement clips. My check engine light came on a few days ago so while there Tim scanned for codes. It reported an ig secure. Mngr Tim charged off replacement clips. My check engine light came on a few days ago so while there Tim scanned for codes. It reported an ignition coil error. They scheduled me for the next day. The cost was a bit, however my warranty covered me. I used my savings to get the car detailed. Thaks More
